Philosophy and Approach
I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MA, MBACP), providing professional, non-judgemental support for adults (18+) in Berkshire, Wokingham and the surrounding areas, as well as online from anywhere in the UK.
While I specialise in sex and porn addiction and Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD), I also offer counselling for a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship difficulties.
Whether you're struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, unwanted habits, or emotional distress, I provide both one-to-one and group therapy in a safe and confidential space.

How I work:
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss what you are looking for from counselling and how we can work together. I offer short-, medium-, and longer-term therapy. As a member of the BACP, I follow the ethical and professional requirements of regular supervision and dedication to continuing professional development by attending regular training
